Abstract: Objective To improve the extraction method of mouse peritoneal macrophage. Method Nutrient solution was injected into mouse enterocoelia across the lateral muscle of the chest wall and diaphragm, and the macrophages were extracted from the abdominal cavity after sufficient rubbing. Result Peritoneal integrity was maintained for ease of operation. Conclusion The traditional extraction method was optimized to maintain the integrity of the abdominal cavity, so that the extraction operation was simple, efficient and not easy to pollute, especially the operation feeling was good, and the number of be swayed by considerations of gain and loss and macrophage extraction was guaranteed.

摘要: 目的 改进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞提取方法。 方法 从胸壁外侧肌肉进针,突破横膈膜进入腹腔,注入培养液,充分按揉后提取腹腔巨噬细胞。 结果 腹膜完整性得以保持,便于操作。 结论 优化了传统提取方式,保持腹腔完整性,使提取操作简便、高效、不易污染,尤其操作感良好,巨噬细胞提取数量有保证。
